Horizon Herbs Gift Certificate

We stand prepared to send a paper gift certificate to the recipient of your choice. 

Directions: 

1) Put your name and address on the "bill to" side of order form and put the recipient's name and address on the "ship to" side.

2) Proceed to "check out" and use the "customer comments" field to indicate how much money you would like to apply to your friend's gift certificate, and type in any message you want to move along with the certificate.

3) We will charge exactly the amount you indicate to your card, and we will send your friend an envelope in the mail containing a nicely decorated gift certificate with your message on it.

5) The $1.00 charge you see on your downloadable invoice is just for show.  We'll invoice the proper amount and send you a copy for your records.
