Seed Packets Guarantee
We are dedicated to providing open-pollinated, untreated, correctly identified, recent, viable, and vigorous seeds, as well as accurate information on the preferred germination and growth habits of these plants. Our catalog provides specific directions on good ways to germinate medicinal herb seeds.  If you truly believe that you have planted the seed according to directions, and that despite favorable conditions and a sufficient waiting period (which can be 2 years for many of the multicycle germinators) then contact us and we can discuss a packet replacement.  We test every seed and determine its viability before shipping, and therefore are not automatically replacing packets. 

Bulk Seed Purchases
Because of our lack of control over cultivation practices and weather conditions, we are not able to give any guarantee on bulk seed sales (ie. grams, ounces, and pounds).  Therefore, we will not replace bulk seeds or give cash refunds on bulk seed sales. 

Plants and Live Roots
We endeavor to deliver live plants and roots at the best time of year to assure your success, and we are experts at packing plants to avoid damage. However, damage does occur from time to time in shipping, and if this happens please let us know about it. Please also remember that if aerial parts of herbaceous perennials are damaged, the plant will almost always come back from the root! You can call us at (541) 846-6704.
